Different Tastes - different meanings ...different likes. I love Swotr including the expansion, btw. And I loved DA:I - more then 1000+ hrs of gameplay proof it. Even if it wasn't as good as DA:O. With Andromeda I got the problem that it not touched me emotionally yet - lets hope it changes - since I still playing and still a lot to do. @alexiaraven I adore your new Ryder- she looks great ! Agreed - whole hearted ! This is why I avoid to read Forums ! Even with that hair ? lol we could use a Mirror like in DA 2 though . In the cc she looked fine..but now...Urgh lol I loved Swtor (although...I didnt jump at it as soon as it came out . I was pissed they decided to go the MMO route . I hate MMO..I only play them..cose I had no other alternative . And just as I though...they turned a great potentitel Kotor 3..into cash grab . ) . I didnt like the new expansions as in ''one personality for 8 class'' . Didn't like that Arcann is the special snowflake . can't kill him unless ya kill someone else . and Swtor is still screw us in the gay departement . So yeah..it isn't great great..it's great story wise . screwed up elsewhere though . Ah...DAI..could have been so much more . I can forgive alot , save for story . And DAI screw me over in Story..so no forgiveness for them . The story is watered down . And I'm not comparing DAI to DAO . I'm not a fan of DAO..believe it or not . DAO crashed so much for me...yup...not a fan .

yeah? So what made ME2 so great ? Superior acting, better animations, better writing, better directing, better pacing, CC was actually better overall, superior soundtrack, better story, better quests, much more interesting characters that makes you more interested in them. It was also much more polished when it launched and visually it was much more consistent game (ME:A is all over the place). If I'd had to rate ME2 I'd give it 9,5 out of 10. ME:A would be 7 out of 10 at best. it's just superior package overall. You see, I was hoping for cinematic story driven game like the previous ME games but instead they gave use single player MMO (which actually does things worse than MMOs). ME1's biggest flaw was super low quality planet exploration and mineral hunting. It felt like someone played a bit with Unreal Editor and placed some random objects here and there. In ME2 even the side quests were really nice. In ME:A and DA:I there are shitloads of super low quality fetch quests that are on par with generic MMOs. In ME:A exploring doesn't feel that rewarding at all thus it ends up being boring. In ME2 it was quality over quantity, in ME:A and DA:I it was the other way around (in everything - from conversations to quests). The problem is that I feel bored while playing those games. I finished Havarl and there wasn't anything interesting happening. Heck, you get even better cinematic story experience out of SWTOR (and even the fetch quests are generally higher quality). Everything feels just so distant (even literally, partly thanks to that stupid conversation camera). There's just too much low quality filler stuff. I'm still quite early in the game and I hope things get better. So far I've had serious problems getting attached to my Ryder and squad mates. Also in the beginning (or so far) they haven't given nearly enough reasons to hate the Kett which really makes it hart to get emotionally invested in this game. So, yeah. I'm really disappointed and I hope that the patches help at least a little bit. It's rather hard to be positive since this doesn't excel in any particular area. This does have some really glaring issues that overshadow positive ones. (I also hope they do something to that claustrophobic FOV when you pull your gun - it really hurts the combat.) lol see..I'm on the opposite side . I loved ME 1..so much . I loved landing on those planets . And I loved scanning for minerals , finding bodies and wonder what happen to them . Scanning in ME2 was tiresome and dull like hell . In ME2..I can't even get past the damn cutscene of Intro . Urgh..where is the Skip button for that ? Better acting? i dunno . I mean you are comparing Volume 2 of a game to Volume 1 of a game . Kinda not fair . And ME2 had its own issue , it wasn't just Great all over the place . well for starter , Femshep may had a better look but when she run , her head acted like it was too heavy . The brightness . Oh god , as soon as ya meet the Illusive man..that brightness in that room . They got ride of scars to give us Sith lord stuff style Terminator ? really? . I only agree about the music . The music was great . But that is it . I only did the loylty missions and those were fun . ME2 had it's own cringe worthy dialogues . You also lose most of your squad in ME2 . Well sure..they get replaced and some of them are awesome . Anyway , it's a moot point when it come to taste .

how one decide what is great anyway ? I'm told 'Sales'' tell us if a game is great .But is that true ? Agreed. If sales is a marker for quality... There are tons of artists, tv programs and what not out there that bring in lots of cash, but to say that they're all high quality dont forget Polls . Oh BW did a Poll showing that the Majoritee who played were dudes.. Um....I never got one of those LOL How is that accurate ? Objection your Honor ! lol

Maybe you didn't get the questionnaire, but even if you had I doubt it would show a different result.

Polls..are like lie detectors...they aren't accurate . And they aren't used as proof in a crime regardless... I really though that BW would learn from their past games . You know..keep making and taking a step forward..instead and taking 5 step backwards like they did here in MEA . But hey...they are so good at making their own hell.....

I am nearly done with my first play / Terry Ryder. Did choose Liam as LI - mmh.. he is a tad boring. But there are 2 touching scenes so far, though. The game isn't that bad. But it has not the quality of ME2. Companions are often too anemic for my taste, stereotypical. I love the combat system and my JetPack - even if i hate jumping. And you have a lot of jumping to do What is your favorite Planet, story- or optical wise ? BTW I think its easy to guess who is the *benefactor and murder* of Jien Garson - especially after the last received messages from the Milky Way in Daddy Ryders appartment. Tbh - this moment let me get so sentimental ... especially Liara's message. Also I intend for a more shady character next time - and I get that yummy charming Rogue, named Reyes, on Kadara

Saving the best for last I suppose.

Saving the best for last I suppose. well there is me , and my roomate lol True . I know of maybe 3 more peoples who actually play . *Shrug* we exist . Peoples should get over it... Girls don't play games because they aren't encouraged to . when I was a kid , I was given a doll . I stuffed her in a wardrobe and stole my brother tiny cars to play with . I say this from personal experience . When I told my mother to encourage the boys to help with cooking or even just..you know..help carry stuff when we buy at the market . She looked at me like I asked her to get naked or something . I told her if you don't teach them..they gonna assume it's a girl job . What will happen if they end up alone ? starve ? You would think she listen ? nah... They never learned . So now they must have Gf to do stuff . *Disgusted noise*

@alexiaraven I can't imagine another group with interests like Cerberus and a lot of money. Maybe the Asari Matriarch - but it sounds just not right to me - especially the murder part. GroundSquirrel The game will not run away if you take it slow ! I am since years a gamer girl and it wasn't easy to show people that gaming is the same then *couching and watch TV* But now they respect it.

Btw.....heads up . There is a bug with Peebee...well..her room . So be sure to save before you talk to her . Although , I recommand that you save before ya talk to anyone..in case ya wanna pick another reply lol .
Her bug happen after you get the remnant tech on Voild . And she ask you to see her in the tempest .
It work fine , until the cutscene end and the door stay locked . And well..you are stuck in there .
The only way I found for it to work...after reloading a few times , is to hug her door before you open it .
That did the trick for me .
Also , the Architect big boss on EOS ?
I had a bug with it too . You destroy one leg , and it got stuck in the air . Then I reloaded . I got 2 legs then it got stuck again .
So this time , I decided not to reload but run away and go back and see if it change anything . Turn out that did it and was able to take it down .
Once you kill it , ya scan it and then go around to where his head is..you need to click something (before it dissapear I think)..and then once ya do that , there will be a chest where the body was .
So the morale here ? SAVE alot LOL

Ouch - I had neither of that bugs - and I play PC, too. Maybe Windows 7 / 10 or Graph Card is the difference.
