Currently watching The Cleaning Lady on HBO Max. It's about a Cambodian-Filipino surgeon, Thony, who traveled to the U.S. to get life saving medical treatement for her son. She lives in Las Vegas with her sister-in-law, Fiona, and works for a cleaning service, because she's there illegal. After witnessing a crime and being discovered she is offered a job as a cleaner that could pay enough to help her son get his treatment. Of course things get complicated Trailer:

Caught up with The Cleaning Lady for now (S2E10). I guess the real bottom line of this TV series is that rubbing stains WILL make things worse than they are 😄
Started watching 1899 on Netflix. Also pretty intriguing. Plot according to IMDB: "Multinational immigrants traveling from the old continent to the new encounter a nightmarish riddle aboard a second ship adrift on the open sea."

No Disney+ for me, so I guess I won't be watching that one.
Netflix is supposedly going to be a pain in the behind soon as my sis will no longer be able to share her account with me. It's odd though... At the time my sis got the 4K subscription after me nagging about it. It was still going to be cheaper for her sharing the costs for a 4K subscription with me than not sharing and my sis getting the cheapest subscription. The 4K subscription allows up to 4 user profiles and we only use 2. I honestly don't see the issue here. But it is what it is...
Meanwhile, I've also been watching The Peripheral on Amazon Prime:

Been watching The Last of Us on HBO Max. I really like it and now it makes me want to play the game. Alas, no Playstation for me. But now it turns out that The Last of Us Part 1 will be released on Steam on March 28 Trailer for the HBO Max series:
Btw I had an issue with my PC where it would keep shutting down (as if there was a sudden loss of power). If I turned it back on it was fine for a while until it would shut down again. Checked to see if the power cable was correctly connected to the power supply. Might have gotten loose because of a cat? But that connection seemed okay. Still the PC would shut down again after a while.
Jiggled the power cable some more and it turned out it WAS the culprit! Couldn't see anything wrong on the outside of the cable, like teethmarks, so blaming the cats was wrong lol Still odd that it is suddenly broken though. It's not like a power cable is extremely delicate.
Thankfully I still had an old power cable lying around. Never throw everything away lol
