Just though that it might be a good idea to make a thread for general game talk. If you don't feel like making a new thread for something, feel free to post it here. Upcoming games, random game talk, what are your favourite games etc. you can talk about it all in this thread.

So I'm currently playing AoT2... It's actually quite nice how they handled companions. There's a lot of dialogue with companions and there are (a lot of them). The conversation system is somewhat similar to Mass Effect and DA:O. I'm about halfway trough and have clocked about 44 hours in so far. You play as your own character and it was created specifically for this game, so you do not play the story mode as one of the main characters - you are the observer yet also there doing stuff. Best way to make to deepen friendship with fellow soldiers is to complete missions with them. The more friendlier you get, the more they talk. You also gain skills that you can use with skill points (you get skill points by levelling). There's also on top of story mode there's "another mode" which lets you play missions as one of the main characters. In this case I played as Mikasa and my own character was there as an NPC. Sasha telling some stuff about Jean (or more like about his mom) and he's not happy about it. All in all, quite entertaining (especially if you are familiar with the manga and/or anime). It lets you to see stuff from another angle. Sadly the soundtrack doesn't quite reach to same heights and epicness as Sawano's soundtrack for the anime.

Is it also possible to play the game in such a way that no one will talk to you? In case you're feeling a bit anti-social...

You just miss out conversations (and shitloads of skills ). You can skip the side stuff and just do the main story line. Similar to KOTOR, Mass Effect etc. Victory. By the way, it would be nice if the spring would actually start... Today we got quite a bit of snow and it's definitely a winter out here. However, it looks like things are finally going to change:

Who needs skills anyway? Apparently it will be about 20°C here next weekend

D rank weaklings. Grrrrr....! Last summer it was mostly below 20c here. That's so nice and warm... At the moment here's something like 30 cm of snow. It's much worse snow situation in Eastern-Finland though. Also about 200km up from Helsinki and there's still 70cm of snow. If that starts to melt really quickly....

Nah skills really don't matter if there are bosses who think they can do it better... Dammit that rhymes! Hey! I can't help the fact that the weather is what it is

By all means, jump straight into titan's mouth. At least our summer is mostly snowless... and short. (BYÄÄÄÄÄÄÄhhhÄhhhääää!!! )

It ends shortly after it starts. It's way too short.

Not all pensioners can afford that.
I also wonder if there's any pension money left by the time I retire.

Never been to Spain and tbh it's not really on my list of places I want to visit.
