I did start the Episode last evening. So first: you are right about Atlantis - its awesome. Didn't do quests yet - but seems plenty of things to do there. And about the Spoiler - I have mutual feelings about

I usually just go and discover all the viewpoints first. Although I did pick up some note on obtaining armor pieces, which I've mostly been doing. I find it takes a lot of time to clear some of the places, because of the number of guards and the issue where you can't use your abilities. I'm really glad they did enhance Ikaros's attacks though. That makes it a little bit easier. Some more thoughts on the spoiler: Heavy on spoilers, so just in case more spoiler tags. I felt bad about finding out that Layla actually killed Victoria. I really hoped she hadn't died. It's funny really. When we first meet Victoria in that apartment in London she seems rather 'annoying' and 'overwhelming': "Don't use the Animus too long it will be bad for you blah blah" And then when she walks in on Layla and Aletheia in that underwater cave on Thera I felt like it was going to be revealed that Victoria was working for Abstergo? But during the course of the second episode I felt that Victoria really had Layla's best interest in mind. I even felt that, because of the way Layla was acting, Victoria would eventually end up replacing her as the new keeper of the staff. I actually started liking her. And then she was killed Right now it really seems that Layla is totally unsuited for the task. EDIT: So I finally managed to get all the armor pieces from the quest in the third part of the DLC. I really like the torso, which is basically the Mercenary Breastplate without the cape. It's kind of a shame that after all this time I find out that the cape is covering up a beautiful image of an eagle catching a snake that's embedded in the breastplate. It's really cool and so fitting! The downside of the armor are the Isu markings. I like the markings, but the resolution is pretty horrible. Why Ubisoft? Why? Even so at this point my Kass is sporting the torso and waist. Still sticking with Time's Grip for arms and the Timeless Greaves for legs though. I don't think I ever changed those for something else... Dikastes's Breastplate:

I'm started hunting the armor - so far only 2 pieces. My Kass ist still wearing the full Amazon Armor about the health bonus. But you can change thankfully the look always Atm I like the white Isu Armor a lot. I was pretty sad that the doc is dead. Your idea she was working for Abstergo O_O ?! Never got this idea - but maybe you are right. She wanted so hard to stop Layla. Still - I rhink Layla is just far to obsessed and influenced by the staff that she isn't ready to be the final bearer of the staff Have I mentioned how gorgeous Atlantis is ? I like it more then Elysium.

Heh I only wanted two parts of the armor: the waist and the torso. I never really used headgear apart from a couple of hoods on some occasion. Typically the waist and torso were the last ones to find lol Well, I didn’t say Victoria was working for Abstergo. I only thought at one point that she was going to betray Layla and that it would turn out that she was working for Abstergo. Obviously I was wrong about that.
When you first encounter Victoria I didn’t know what to think of her really. She seemed rather stiff compared to the gung ho adventurer type Layla.
But then when she walks in on Layla and Aletheia after Layla discovered the throne room she seemed more badass, since cave diving is not for the weak. I really thought that Victoria was going to betray her because she was actually working for Abstergo and that she was the one who led that strike team to Atlantis. I changed my mind about Victoria pretty soon when it got more and more clear that she really cared about Layla’s wellbeing and then I even started to like her. Meanwhile Layla’s personality became less and less likeable and I started to think that Aletheia would just take back the staff and hand it to Victoria instead, since she seemed much more level-headed.
But then she was killed bah! I’m not sure which world I like better. I agree that Atlantis is really pretty, but I really loved those seemingly endless seas of flowers that Elysium had.
EDIT: Just finished the last part of the Fate of Atlantis DLC. I guess I can't spoil anything regarding the storyline, but I'll just say that the end boss is much less of a pain in the ass than the end boss in part two. For that I'm really grateful
Overall I prefer this DLC over the first one. Nothing being forced on you for reasons still unknown.
So there are two more Lost Tales left and then it's over Regrettably, because I really, really liked Kass. Can we have a trilogy? Pretty please with sugar on top?
I guess all credits for that go to her VA Melissanthi Mahut for breathing life into her.
I know there are some people who complained that this game is not an RPG, which is correct! But then this game was never advertised as being an RPG. They merely mentioned that this game was going to have RPG 'elements' and it sure did have those. It makes you wonder what ACO could be like if it was a true RPG though. Personally I'd love it if Ubisoft made their next AC game more of an RPG style and that they once again stick with this formula: make it possible to play as both a male or female character. I'd definitely be pre-ordering it!

GroundSquirrel Yes - I'll miss Kass, too. This VA was outstanding in my opinion. Alexios on the other hand never could reacht the level to touch me. He is a good VA, though. You made an interesting point about Victoria, though. It could still be possible that she works for Abstergo. But I guess she was more this dry as a bone and to the book medics. It sucks that she is really dead and killed by Layla. I wonder hoe Aletheia this will solve in the end. Layla has a silver tongue.

ladyaly: I think I like him more as Deimos than Alexios. Heh I guess that life has turned me into someone who expects lots of plot twists.

SO I finished the DLC and think this is a really good one. it has a logic flow I like, it did solve a lot of questions, too
Hopefully the last two chapters of ACO are as good as this one.

I really hope they make this game even more memorable than it already is. Did you have a peek behind "Door number one" to see what was there? "Open the door to see which prize you won! It might be a brand new refrigerator!"
Think this one will be my new wallpaper for a bit:
Walking past all the mythical creatures that were "frozen" in some forcefield kinda made me think of Mass Effect Andromeda when you encounter those tanks with all the species the kett were trying to exalt. Creepy stuff Btw ArtStation has some more artwork up from the people who worked on ACO. Some new art from the DLC's too. Including Hades (without his helmet). Link

GroundSquirrel oh yeah - that was indeed really zombie stuff -and I did also think on ME Andromeda But my Kass didn't peek behind the door - no way. Personally I was very curious about, though. Thanks for the Link btw - good artwork !

I'll just say that my Kass kept that door closed as well. Nonetheless I did have to have a peek at what was behind it... Oh my! And then I reloaded my other save and continued as if nothing happened heh. The next Lost Tales is supposedly out this week btw

Just downloaded the update for the latest Lost Tales of Greece episode: Old Flames Burn Brighter
I'd planned to go another round against Medusa in my current playthrough, which I wasn't looking forward to, so maybe I'll play the new Lost Tale first heh.

Thanks, ladyaly Agreed on that one being one of the toughest fights in the game Were you hoping for this one to be a romantic tale?

I have 2 names in my head I would love to met again with Kassy. The medic Lykaon and Thetalas, the spartan. I think both are very interesting characters. EDIT : Uuups - yes sure Thaletas

Poor Thaletas didn't make it in my first playthrough He only has himself to blame though. Kass tried everything to not have to kill him, but he just kept coming after her. In the end there was a brutal fight and finally she sparta kicked him right into the Aegean Sea... and then he drowned Btw I'm kinda disappointed that we didn't run into Thaletas (or Kyra) in any of the parts of the Atlantis DLC. Also this time it only took me only one attempt to deal with Medusa!
