You know... Every time I try to do something good things backfire. Hard to be good in a way that actually helps other too. Yup, this game is really playing tricks on me at times. When you like to think you made some good decisions and it later on turns out to have negative consequences. I guess it's kinda crappy for perfectionists hehe. But I really like how some action you take might have a totally different outcome. Guess it keeps you on your toes. There was one side quest I did where the consequence of the decision I made really bothered me. Or maybe I should say it partly bothered me, but I also kinda hoped there would have been a follow-up quest to that one quest in particular. Level 35 currently, and I'm trying out the Arena.
Well, yeah. Another game that had similar things is KOTOR2. My Jedi Exile was basically a saint yet Kreia's lectures made me feel like I did wrong when I tried to be good and helpful (and in some cases being good meant bad outcome).
Another thing was pretty nasty: Choose who dies (and there was a timer). I couldn't pick - wanted to kill the bastard(s) but that meant both of them died. Not sure if picking one would have made a difference. Maybe... I'm level 25 at the moment (or was it 26...).

Tup : I agree that those moments where you have to choose who lives or dies are pretty crappy and that sometimes you really don't want to have to choose. The timer is really mean though; Not even giving you the time to flip a coin. I dealt with 2 more cultists yesterday, so in total I've dealt with 12 of them. Oh and I've also done another of those timed quests where I had to sink 5 Athenian ships. The first 4 where relatively easy and then I spent a ridiculous long time sailing all over the place to find the last one. All I came across were Spartan ships, Pirate ships and merchant ships. It's getting only a little bit annoying lol

I dealt with two cultist yesterday too. Though... I think I should start making some progress in main quest line too. Snapped a new wallpaper: Edited a bit colour, levels and gamma. Sweet! Now just photoshop the Idris in it or, when feeling nostalgic, the good old Normandy Main progression is 61% for me. Tried going after one of the mythical creatures the other day, but that one turned out to be a few levels above my current level, so I'll be leveling up a bit first before going back there. ladyaly : Thanks. I'll keep that in mind for next time. Still I think the quest giver was overexaggerating when telling me a whole Athenian fleet was arriving at the island right now Kass is sporting a new armour combo: Pirate Armor, Waistband of the Immortal, Time's Grip and Timeless Greaves. I really like how you can mix it all up EDIT: Doing another timed naval mission. Same area, except this time I have to destroy 5 pirate ships. I destroy 4 without problems, but all the other pirate ships have apparently been warned and fled the area. They must really fear Kassandra Funny enough I now see Spartan and Athenian ships everywhere!

O boy things have been busy... Finally managed to move my stuff to my new apartment. Hopefully I soon have more time to truly relax. I can't remember how much I've completed the main story line, but I should be pretty obvious. (EDIT: It's 31%.) By the way, I kinda did see where that love potion thing was going. Things ended up badly for that witch - her fault though. She attacked first (Kasandra did try calling the guards though...).
Haven't had chance to test the latest patch yet.
I also did downloaded Destiny 2 since it was free. Yet to try it though.

Didn't realize you were moving, Tup . Hope you get settled in soon. Nice screenshots too My Kass had bad vibes about the whole love potion ordeal as well, but since the woman was so insistent... It didn't come to a fight with the witch though. Hopefully the woman who wanted the love potion learnt her lesson now. I also think she's probably better off not marrying that guy anyway. I found that the sidequest with the little girl was pretty sad. I really wish there was more that could be done for her. Like finding someone who could look after her. Oh well...
As far as the latest patch is concerned. I don't get how this visual customization part works? Supposedly I can wear, say, the pirate armor torso which has better stats and have it look like the mercenary armor? But when I go to the visual customization menu there's no torso to choose from. Everything is greyed out and when hovering over a type of torso it says I have to loot the item in order to apply its visual. Even though I have like 33 torsos in my inventory?

You know what... It's another of those things where helping was a bad idea. But then again, she wanted that potion so much and saying just no felt kinda harsh.
I gotta check try that customisation thingy.

I can now confirm that the visual customization does work, but it excludes the items that are already in my inventory. Only items I recently looted are available to choose from in the customization menu. I wonder if it's a bug? EDIT: Found a workaround for this. Storing the items in the storage chest on the Adrestia and then retrieving them makes them available in the visual customization menu.
As far as my playthrough is concerned: I played a bit of the main story, which is now 67% completed. From there I've gone back to doing some side quests on Phokis. Dealt with another cultist and managed to recruit a few more mercs. Some more random screenshots: Used Photo Mode whilst fighting in the Arena. I thought this shot was decent. The action not so much, but the expression. It kind of seems to me as if Kass is in some kind of battle trance here.Ikaros... I would love to have a screenshot of the moment right before he lands on her arm. Managed to get one shot, but I wasn't happy with the expression on Kassandra's face. It kinda makes me wish there was an option to change her expression like SOTR has, but hey, I don't want to complain about this game.Speaking of tomb raiding:Love the pretty autumn colours in Phokis.

Didn't have issues with the customisation and everything seemed to unlock properly. Well... It looks like things ended up well for her in the end. Did check the girl again since Kassandra did say that she should visit her again. Too bad that her friends melt in rain... Did quite a few naval thingies today. Using this look for now. Every time I take a screenshots when Kassandra is fighting, she looks a bit sad or sleepy. Never angry... Changing the expression would be handy in quite a few situations.

Tup : I'm glad you didn't have any issues with the customization option. Seems weird that it doesn't automatically list the items I already have. I wonder if there are a lot of people who had this issue. Looks like you have been busy then and it seems like Kassandra picked a nice time for a swim Nice armor combination too btw. I've finished a long sidequest on Euboea and Skyros and I'll be going back to Athens to round up some things. Oh and I finally got some Ikaros/Kass shots I am happy with

Nice! In BDO the screenshot mode doesn't pause the game (obviously, since MMO) but it has one handy advantage: ability to toggle slowmo for few seconds when in non-combat zones. It would help with timing the shots. Phoibe... I guess it was a good thing all things considered that she didn't stay on Kefalonia. I REALLY don't want to know what was happening in that room... Not too bad... 戦争、戦争、戦争! That was almost rappin'. Honestly, that place... Most definitely had a few screws loose. So far digging that Heroditos guy. VA does a really nice job too.

Tup : I really didn't want to know what was happening in there either lol. Alkibiades is quite a character! One thing's for sure: goats don't have it easy in this game. It was nice to see Phoibe again, but it kinda made me wonder what happened to Markos.
A while ago I looked up the actor who voiced Herodotos. Turns out he was in also in a British comedy series I used to watch many years ago. Sounds so much different as Herodotos though and it's not just the accent.

I didn't wont open the PC in the time during I had guaranty - but that ended in May. And me Idiot did forget to do this after. Too much other stuff on my mind - now I had to pay the price... *grumble* Nice shots from you both love them. Need to look at the new patch in Ac maybe this evening.

ladyaly : Ouch! I suppose it's easy to forget about something like that. It's sometimes handy to have a PC case that has a window: You can see all the dust build up. Of course there's a disadvantage to that as well: you can see all the dust build up
