Tup : I really didn't want to know what was happening in there either lol. Alkibiades is quite a character! One thing's for sure: goats don't have it easy in this game. It was nice to see Phoibe again, but it kinda made me wonder what happened to Markos. A while ago I looked up the actor who voiced Herodotos. Turns out he was in also in a British comedy series I used to watch many years ago. Sounds so much different as Herodotos though and it's not just the accent.
Yeah, goats seem to get all kinds of things in their ass. Markos is one of those type of guys who always survive, somehow. Checked some YouTube vids. You know what... It's kinda weird. The JP va definitely takes a bit different approach (sounds a tad older too perhaps). In any case, it's interesting to hear different interpretations.
Hi peeps - I had to take a hard break. My PC was blown up - Graphic Card .... My friend and Hardware Nerd said it was too much dust inside. I didn't wont open the PC in the time during I had guaranty - but that ended in May. And me Idiot did forget to do this after. Too much other stuff on my mind - now I had to pay the price... *grumble* Nice shots from you both love them. Need to look at the new patch in Ac maybe this evening. Tough luck. I've set up my system in a way that all my intakes have dust filters and the airflow goes pretty much means dust buildup is a non issue. I can also see CPU and GPU temperature directly on my keyboard (just to monitor stuff just in case - also GPU & CPU load, GPU fan speed, memory usage too).

Tup sounds really a clever thing. Sadly I have not a clue about Hardware - not much at least. Software I am rather the Nerd.

ladyaly : I meant one of those small boats in Assassin's Creed Odyssey Thankfully not the PC. Haven't made much progress because of work, a gig I went to and a badass cold. And then I got stuck in Photo Mode

Made more progress with the main story: at 75% now I don't think I'll be able to finish it before the first episode of the Legacy of the First Blade DLC is released next week. Heck I haven't even started on those Lost Tales of Greece and The Blind King DLC lol Still, I'm not going to rush it. Even though part of me really wants to know how it all ends. It's kinda ridiculous because even when I finish the main story there will be more left to play. Managed to kill all the legendary animals. Don't want to spoil things, but the aftermath of that is another thing that is playing tricks on me
I noticed the latest update to version 1.1.0 - 1.1.1 is now giving your character the appearance of having wet clothes/skin after a swim. So that's a nice improvement. Oddly enough they didn't give the hair the same treatment. Maybe in a later update? But it's nice to see they're still working on those details.
And now that I only recently realised that you can tilt the pics in Photo Mode 90°... Never growing tired of this lighting and neither was Kass, who stopped in the middle of clearing a fortress just to take this shot It seems Photo Mode lost a bit of functionality after the recent update? Can't move the camera around when I want to take some photos during combat or when helping one of the cultists on his way to Hades? Did anyone see this Q&A video by the voice actors I thought it was quite funny

GroundSquirrel Nice pictures. You have a good handling with the photomode I must say. I did really giggle whilst watching the Vid Unfortunally I did on my play encounter a massive mainquest bug which prevents me from playing further A very important person is dieing to early and without being touched by Kass. But later in questline you have to kill this person ..... SIGH - Support and Forums doesn't help. I did going back several times to earlier save files - but sadly it doesn't change. I hope they fix it soon, cause I can't finish the main quest - means I can't also play the new DLC

Nice shots!

That was fun.
I assume that wet effect applies to rain too now? If I remember correctly it didn't before. Also no matter how much she runs and jumps, she never gets sweaty at all.
BDO does handle getting wet and sweat rather well on characters. Sweat after running around:

ladyaly : no fun I hope Ubisoft manages to fix it soon. And I hope I don't encounter that bug myself. I know... rather selfish from me... Tup : Haven't had the opportunity to test it when it rains. It's probably a good thing that Kass doesn't sweat. Who will take her serious if she tries to threaten her way out of a situation and she's covered in sweat? They might think she fears them instead

No matter how much you run, always that matte look.
Uhh... December is really depressing month. When you wake up it's dark (at the moment it rises shortly after 9.00). I wake at 6.45 and then at ~7.55 I'm at work booting my laptop. Today the sun set at 15.19 so it's easily dark when I leave the work. When I went to buy some lunch at 11.00 it wasn't exactly bright (and the clouds didn't help). The sun stays so low that it can be hard to actually see the sun because of the buildings and all.
This year Christmas and new year days happened to be on the right days so I took three days of unpaid vacation and got 11 days holiday (inc. weekends). Must say that I really need that... It's been a bit exhausting autumn.

Yeah, I noticed that matte look as well. It is a bit odd. I wonder why that is? My game seems to be going through a dry period. Still haven't been able to check if rain also results in wet clothes/skin. Winter's not my favourite time of the year either. I'm not a fan of winter and I can imagine it can be pretty depressing when you hardly see any daylight. Reminds me of the times when I still worked night shifts. Many times I didn't see daylight at all during those times.
EDIT: Btw having some serious issues with NVIDIA's latest driver update. Even after a clean installation... For a while my screen will go black every few seconds until the driver just crashes.
Might have something to with having started my screen recording software? But it's also causing my SSD's maintenance software (Samsung Magician) to crash? Either way... might want to wait a while before installing this update.
EDIT 2: Reverted to older version of the driver, which is at least working. But now my frame rater has gone downhill *sigh*

Night shifts in Northern-Finland when it's summer would be interesting... Now the sun doesn't rise so that's rather bleak. Though, the northern lights may make one feel at least a bit better though.
I don't have any issues with the latest driver - 417.22. Though, I haven't had any issues with any NVIDIA driver since forever.

Better get good curtains when working night shifts during the summer then. Glad you haven't had any issues with updating to the latest driver.
Maybe my PC is starting to have issues heh. Two weeks ago I thought I'd do a BIOS upgrade. Now, my motherboard comes with this handy USB BIOS Flashback button, which I've used before when I built the PC and back then it worked like a charm. Except now it didn't. I guess in the old days I would have been doomed, but thankfully it's 2018. In the end I still had it updated, but by doing it manually through BIOS. PC's... never a dull moment. And I know, some people don't recommend updating those kind of things, but I guess sometimes I just like to tinker. 80% of the main story done now and I noticed that the new DLC has just been installed. I'd better get moving

Yeah - never a dull moment with PC's The new Nvidia Driver gave me some problems, too. So I switched back to the old one and wait a bit. Mostly the problems are solved by then. Guess I still can't continue AC .... I will look in today if its maybe fixed, though. If not - it will make no sense to continue since the DLC needs the end of the main quest, which is momentary impossible to reach for me. Support didn't answer after 3 send videos *sigh* EDIT.: Nope its not fixed. I wonder if I start a new game maybe the damn bug goes away ... But to throw away 105 hrs of gameplay is so annoying
