So - I did watch this today and if it is as promising as it looks it could be my next major game Baldur's Gate III reveal

Hope it will turn out good. I haven't played the previous games though and I'm not sure this is a game for me. I see it's from the creator who also made the Divinity: Original Sin games. While I played those I never got to finish the 2nd one. Kept getting my butt kicked by the end boss so many times that I just gave up on it I see this one also has turn-based combat, which is not really my thing. Then again I'd love to see what you think of it once you get to play it, since the story of the D:OS games was all right.

Never played it, too, nor the Divinity series. But what I did see in the Vid let me think I should probably play at least Baldur's Gate

yes - indeed. I did buy BG and BG 2 like GroundSquirrel mentioned - very cheap. Let see if I like it - I didn't like Pillars of Eternity much - so I wonder if Baldur's Gate catch me Hope you are fine and well Tup

Good to see you're still up and running, Tup. Also good to know that they did separate motion capture for the female player character in SQ42. Glad they took this seriously. ladyaly: Oooo you bought them. Let me know what they're like if you get around to playing them. Maybe not my thing because of the tactical playing style, but I'm always interested in the story.

Good to see you're still up and running, Tup . Also good to know that they did separate motion capture for the female player character in SQ42. Glad they took this seriously. I'm fine... It's been about one year when I had flu, not planing to get this one either. Finland will go in full lock down really soon (among other restrictions) and people in our company have been working remotely since this Monday. It doesn't really matter where I push the keyboard so it doesn't really make any difference. I do win 2h/day because I don't have to commute to work. I usually do two remote days per week anyway. This will likely continue at least one full month. We are good at keeping distance so I doubt things will get too bad here. It's good that they did and that it's not going to be copy paste job either. Good for replayability and by the sounds of it they want to do both properly. Since we are talking about Chris Roberts, I'm not so surprised... By the way, I did pass the N4 Japanese language proficiency test (89,3 percentile rank out of those who passed the test).

Oh well good. You know a lot of people can't actually work from home, so praise yourself lucky that you can... Also no one really plans on getting this flu. It's not a fun thing to get for some... It's also not fun knowing whether you have it or not.
Hope they're not big hoarders in Finland, because it pretty much sucks if you can't get any groceries being stuck at home. And for those who still can go out to find empty shelves.
Congrats on passing your test.

I cross my fingers for you Tup. I'm also glad I can work from home - even if it is difficult atm - it would be far worse if I had to go out working everyday. Congratulations for passing the Test, too I guess N4 is sort of a rank how good you have been in the language ?

Congrats on passing your test. Well... There's certainly been hoarding. Idiots buying WC paper for some reason. No one knows the reason. There's no way it would ever run out here... Besides, we have this wonderful thing that I couldn't live without: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bidet_showerWell, I could in Japan since they have integrated it in their toilets. Local Lidl was short on bread, minced meat, pasta, canned food and other things. I assume that the situation would have been the same in another shop next to it. I assume it's mostly thanks to idiots who went nuts during weekend and last Friday and they haven't received new stock yet (since that's not normal behaviour that one can predict). I'm fine... Congratulations for passing the Test, too I guess N4 is sort of a rank how good you have been in the language ? There are five tiers (tests) N5 to N1. N1 is the most difficult one. I think it wouldn't be impossible to pass the N3 level but considering that I haven't taken a single lesson I'm quite happy for passing N4 on my first time. I skipped the N5 level test since I though that it would have been too easy. It's quite hard to know where I'm at since I haven't exactly been learning stuff in linear fashion.

Oh - well done. I think Japanese is one of the most difficult language you can learn anyway. So again - Congratulations

Oh - well done. I think Japanese is one of the most difficult language you can learn anyway. So again - Congratulations Thanks. Well, I think it's all relative... Kanji characters are the hardest part since there are so freaking many. Other than that it's not really that hard*. For a Finn it's not that hard. Pronouncing is easy and it's also rather easy to listen for that reason. You don't really have to wire your brain differently. *Who am I to talk though - Finnish isn't exactly easy. Also the problem is that Finnish not related to English at all. There are similarities with Finnish and Japanese like no articles which actually does help a lot.
